A Custom Granite Fireplace Mantle
We work regularly with local Interior Designers like Jan Mahaffey Blatchley of It’s Faux Real, General Contractors and Home Owners to deliver custom pieces of granite to fit in small spaces in clients’ homes.
The granite for this mantel is San Marcos Black with a 1/2-inch bevel edge. The contrast between the sleekness of the San Marcos Black Granite and the shimmery subtlety of the glass tile is exactly what the client – and the designer ordered to make this space unique and GORGEOUS!
If you are considering updating your home with granite, look around and think of the different places that a little piece of granite would look nice – on a windowsill, a ledge, the TV alcove or maybe on a little end table. Of course we do huge kitchens, too, but we sure love some of these little projects as a break from the big jobs.
